Refund Policy

All paid Teaching With a Touch of Honey resources are sold through Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT). Because of this, TpT's refund policy applies to every purchase.

Paid resources on TpT

Resources are digital downloads. Once you download a file, you can't return it. For this reason, sales are usually final.

If you have a problem with a purchase, TpT may be able to help. You can contact TpT Support through your TpT account. TpT decides all refund requests.

Free resources

Free resources from this website, my emails, or my TpT store don't cost anything, so there is nothing to refund.

I'm still here to help

If something isn't working, please reach out to me first. Most problems are quick to fix. I can help if:

A file won't open or download.
A page is missing, or a link doesn't work.
You bought the wrong version, such as printable instead of digital.
You're not sure how to use a resource with your class.

Email natalie@teachingwithatouchofhoney.com and include the name of the resource. I'll get back to you within 2 business days.

Bought something twice?

If you bought a single resource and then the bundle that includes it, contact TpT Support. They can look at your order and let you know your options.
